Monster softener

How big is the house that needs a water softener this size. Big, very big.

This fleck duplex unit feeds a rather large house. Fed with 35mm pipes they do not lack soft water.  

We have just fully rebuilt it as it had been leaking due to lack of any real care from the passed company.  

They called in Dorset Water Softeners and we got it fixed. 

What exactly are these?

This week we have replaced two of these 'scale reducers' with proper block salt twin cylinder softeners.

These new houses in the purbecks had come with these 'devices' fitted, but it soon became clear to the new house owners that they had no useful benefit and their kettles, showers and taps were furring up. 

We quickly took them out and fitted proper water softeners guaranteed to take out scale.

Here we are receiving one of four awards. Sorry to sound smug but the last time I won something it involved a raffle ticket and cherry liquores.

A tricky location

Some of our water softener installs can be a bit of a challenge, trying to find a location with water and drainage as well as convience for the customer. 

On this install we ran tens of meters of pipes so that this water Softener in Highcliff could be put in a location that suited the customer.

One long day and a happy customer later the softener was installed under the stairs.

Water Filters

It is really important to change your water filter on a regular basis.  

Please note it does not always matter how 'little water' you use

This franke filter had a very nasty covering on yuck. Sterilised and replaced.
