We love visiting people and solving their water problems. One thing we have learnt is everybody has ‘one of those cupboards’, you know the one it often has the popcorn maker, ice-cream machine, sandwich maker and all the other stuff that seemed like such a good idea. This one of my favourite when i asked the customer why they had so many the simple answer was they hated coffee shops?
The great thing now is they are filling their flasks with tea and coffee made from soft water so no more nasty stains in the cups.

What a Year- 2016
It is nearly over but doing one more little job before finishing.
So what have we done? Well thanks to our amazing staff and great customers to use an americanism- ' we knocked it out of the park', more softeners installed and serviced than last year and twice as much salt. Thanks

What Next
So what does next year have to offer- the plan more staff, bigger office and happy customers. The reality- what ever we make it.
As a foot note I must warn you that salt might be going up in the new year. Not much do not panic. Just remember that a proper softener will always save you money.

Smart Christmas
As we head towards the Christmas break I realised that our work clothes had taken a beating this year.
For the new year new clothes. Poloshirts, fleeces, jackets and hats.
We have added our Scum and Svale logo on that my son designed to remind people of the two great problems with Hard Water.

The sun is low in the sky but still beautiful. I must have taken 100,s of photo's from this point over the years but I am still in love with this view.

I saw this in a field today, scruffy? I often look like this in the morning.

Then came to load the van and in the middle of the road two ducks getting into the spring thing. Lots of noise, had a job to take a picture as I was laughing so much.

Just popped along the quay in Poole on the way to a job. Quick photo hopefully of some very expensive Sunseaker boats.
Guess what they have water Softeners fitted on most of them to protect them from Scum and Scale.

Lulworth - Dorset
As you will know the water in Lulworth is really rather hard. Also the water pressure can be very high so when we fit a water Softner we make sure the equipment is specified correctly.
We could show a great picture of the installation but I felt that Lulworth Castle was much more photogenic this morning.
