Worn out and badly maintained
Just been out to look at an old Euro water softener. No soft water and the motor was solid. The customer had paid for a new servo on the last service but broken again. On closer inspection the resin was worn out and had turned in to jelly. The previous engineers solution was to open the bypass giving the cutomer hard water anyway. Marked sinks and dirty showers soon followed.
Our solution. Replace the unit with a quality English made block salt water softener. No electricity and easy to load with salt.
happy softener happy customer.

Its all in a days work
You can buy most things but not time. With a water softener there is less cleaning and its is so much easier.
Use your time wisely. Coffee and cakes, golf, shopping anything is better than cleaning.
I did look for an image of a cleaning man but they are somewhat in appropriate for a family audience.
How often does your need cleaning?
According to my customers every other week
Shower heads
According to my customers every other week. Its because they block up with calcium slowing the water to a trickle and spraying out in all directions. I have heard customers taking them apart, cleaning them with vinegar and generally getting frustrated.
In our home with soft water we have never needed to perform this boring task. We have saved money but more importantly time.
Great Cuppa
the great british cuppa
So many things go into making a great cup of tea. Temperature, timing, tea quality and lets not forget the water.
Tea connoisseurs agree that water quality is as critical as tea quality. Hard water can create a film that floats in the cup or pot due to flavanoids in tea reacting with Calcium Hydroxide in hard water. Several experts believe that hard water is simply unsuitable for tea. For example, ice tea made with hard water will turn cloudy upon cooling.
Soft water makes stronger better tea with none of the floaties plus it will keep your teapot and cups clean. Great News.
Do not forget the biscuits.
Have you ever seen
